Pulmonologist Recommendation in Seattle Area

I am getting frustrated with my Kaiser Permanente Pulmonologist for various reasons. I am thinking that if I request a second opinion within that system I will get someone who simply reads her notes and won't actually be so bold as to come up with anything she hasn't.
At this point I'm willing to private pay if I can get some solid recommendations...anyone? I live just north of Seattle, Wa.
