Pulmonary Hypertension

I was diagnosed with PH three years ago caused by Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. I take OFEV for the IPF and Tyvaso which helps my breathing problems due to PH. As a result of these conditions, I get a lot of mucus specially in the morning. I've read about OPEP devises that supposedly cleans out lungs and wondering if it's worth trying.
