Psoriasis and hyperkeratosis

Please I have hyperkeratosis on my legs and feet, I used some Salicylic acid cream and it peeled off, but it is back again after 3months
I also have psoriasis and stubborn dark spots of over 10years all over my legs and back of my thighs
What skincare products and routine can I use for all these skin conditions that I have.
