Congratulations! Are you going to do something special to celebrate?
@mauk
My hug was a happy hug. This sounds great.
I think your results of your PSMA test shows why such test are so valuable to the patient as well as the urologist and/or R/O. I did have the PSMA test as well and all negative.
You may have posted already but what was your Gleason Score? Did your doctors inform you of Decipher test? That would help clarify your level of risk based on your Gleason Score. I had a Gleason score that indicated intermediate risk but Decipher came back low risk. Changed my treatment plan by having the Decipher done.
3+4+7 Decipher .017 I went through HoLEP...
I am in more of a bigger shock (happy) then I was when I was told 3+4=7. But yes going to celebrate
sorry for the typo 3+4=7 to excited
Congratulations! But what does T0 mean, no uptake in the prostate?
correct
I 'm not sure you can get a better result from the PSMA.
Have you already had surgery or radiation?
Nope please provide details why you believe PSMA does. not provide good results
Maybe I need a PSMA. My Gleason was 3x4=7, grade 2, after HoLEP. My PSA 6 months after was 0.911, then it went down to 0.83, then recently up to 1.25. Huh? He denies it, but I bet he used the laser to give me a TURP. I'm waiting on a CT scan.
