Testosterone should drop below five. Give it a little time. Your PSA should also drop to undetectable, Which is below .1.

Whether or not you have bone deterioration depends on how long you are on ADT. I started Fosamax about a year after I started ADT, Stayed on it for about six years and it kept my bones strong while I was on ADT.

Switch to Zometa two years ago and I just hit the maximum dosage time. Have to see what the DEXA scan shows.

Have you had a DEXA scan? It is necessary to find out what your bone density is. It can show if you need to be on a bone strengthener already. If somebody has osteopenia, then they probably need to get on a bone strengthener so they’ll not have osteoporosis. Ask your doctor about this.

Jeff 🙂- he has bone mets - I think Bono asked what to expect further down with treatment options and success rates ? Maybe I am wrong, but just a thought .

Orgovyx and Nubeqa Should keep your cancer under control. Stop it from growing and spreading.

If you have bone metastasis, aren’t they going to zap them with SBRT radiation. That is the normal procedure unless it’s really bad. I had both metastasis in my spine and they just zapped it in three sessions and that seem to have resolved it. I know people that have had as many as 15 bone Mets zapped.

You haven’t supplied a lot of information.

No talk of radiation yet

You might ask why they are not lining you up for SBRT radiation to get rid of the bone mats before they could possibly damage the bone marrow. That results in serious problems.
