PSA down from 20 to 3.02 and testosterone at 18 after 30

My PSA, which was originally 20 is now down to 3.02 and my testosterone level is 18 after 30 days on ORGOVYX. I just started NEBQUA and I’m wondering what effect that will have. I have cancer that has metastasized to the bone.

I went on Orgovyx & Nubeqa about 40 days ago, & in 12 days, the Orgovyx dropped my testosterone from 600 to 18 & my PSA from 0.14 to 0.02 in 12 days. It works quickly!

My glucose was up when I was taking Abiraterone (a drug similar to Nubeqa) & then retreated to normal when I stopped it. I'm seeing the same thing with Nubeqa.

what that means is your cancer is responding very well to the treatment and you will prob continue to see PSA drop...it is a good thing. in a month or 2, you will prob have radiation to atack bone mets..and maybe a round of chemo..

I have been on Orgovyx and Nubeq about 10 months...side effects are mostly tolerable but exercise and drink water and eat well..good luck, stay positive !
