PRRT and hair loss

Posted by susan481 @susan481, Sep 2 11:21am

I’ve read from some of you and elsewhere that hair thinning occurs for some with PRRT and that it comes back. I’ve also read it occurs about 2 weeks into a treatment.

Can others help by describing it? My partner is concerned.

Hello @susan481,

I see that you are looking for others to share about hair thinning as a result of PRRT. Here is a listing of all of the posts that mention PRRT. As you wait for others to respond, you can take a look and see what members may have mentioned hair thinning. Another search method you might use is to go to the beginning of the NETs discussion group and, in the "Search" box (just above the first discussion title), type in the phrase "hair thinning" or "hair loss." This is a great search tool on Connect. I hope this helps you get the information and responses that you are looking for.
