Provera and burning

Provera started out ok three months ago. It slowed my bleeding but six weeks in I'm spotting almost constantly and I burn in my groin, butt and thighs. I was prescribed Provera for suspected endometriosis. Is Provera making me burn or endometriosis doing that?
