Protect wound

About 5 days ago i grazed the knuckle on my non dominant hand on an external wall. it is quite small bled a lot but thin scab developed quite quickly. How do i protect it from accidental knocks while promoting healing

@lotsofpain My suggestion is to keep the area cleaned and covered. That usually works for me.
