Prostatitis pain relief ejaculation

Recovering from severe CPPS lasting nearly a year caused by a
prostate biopsy. Although most pain is gone, I experience intense pressure at sides of base of penis every 3-5 days which is only relieved by orgasm/ejaculation. What is causing this intense pain, will it ever end, and what else can I try? Sometimes it can take an hour or more to achieve orgasm through masturbation.
