Progressive weakness in hands and walking difficulty
Main symptoms (progressive)
Weakness in both hands
Difficulty controlling movements
Difficulty closing the hands
Started in left hand, then affected right hand
Feet also affected → difficulty walking
Occasional loss of balance
Sensory symptoms: tingling, internal heat sensation
Pain: sometimes present
Other symptoms present: tremor / muscle stiffness / speech or swallowing difficulty (as you confirmed)
Symptoms are getting worse over time
