Prognosis and treatment of Mesangial Proliferative Glomerulonephritis

I suffer from an autoimmune disease called Polychondritis accompanied by proliferative mesangial glomerulonephritis with IgM deposits (biopsy result in 2003)

Does anyone have this type of nephropathy? How has your evolution been? and what prognosis they have shared with you.

What treatments have they used, and has anyone used dapagliflozin?

Today I am in stage 4 kidney disease.
