Progesterone with a threatened loss

My dr said I am 6 weeks along but I’m bleeding. I’ve had 2 losses already and my progesterone was low. She prescribed me progesterone. The bleeding is supper light until today I had one time where the whole toilet paper was covered just not a pad. After that it’s going away and coming back light. I just feel meh. All together I feel not like me. My hcg levels dropped the night of the bleeding but shot up in a 16 hour span over 10000.
