Professional for peripheral neuropathy in Colorado Springs Colorado

Posted by bcool123 @bcool123, Nov 16, 2023

Does anyone know or could they suggest a professional… MD, neurologist, physiatrist, physical therapist… in Colorado Springs, or Pueblo Colorado? Looking up doctors online it’s just a crapshoot. Does anyone have someone that they could personally recommend? I’ve had PN for about four years and I’m currently on gabapentin. My primary care doc just doesn’t seem concerned and I live in a small town and trying to get in to a new doctor. It’s just impossible. Any suggestions would be so appreciated. Peace and comfort. Hello, bcool123! (@bcool123)

You might try contacting one of these organizations and asking if they might suggest a few doctors in Southern Colorado:

Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy

Neuropathy Commons

Western Neuropathy Association

Good luck!

This doctor in CS sounds interesting--it would be great to know what his treatments actually are.

Matthew, i’m not sure what their treatments consist of, but Medicare does not cover them so they’re kind of out of the picture but thanks for the information. Bcool123
