Products for scoliosis patients?
I am looking at spine strechers and foam rollers for stretching and hopefully straighting out the sciatica that is once again forming lol
I have moderate scoliosis, RA, and degenerative disc disease with 1 prior lumbar fusion surgery. Can anyone recommend any products of this nature that has/have helped them? 🙂
Thank you everyone!

I use these foam rollers for mild scoliosis on my upper back https://www.vitalitymedical.com/cando-roller-foam-cushions.html
I'm not sure about foam rolling for the low back https://www.youtube.com/watch
The most helpful thing for me has been chiropractics. But massage on the inside of the scoliotic curve is quit nice, andromada 441.

@andromeda441 I don't have scoliosis, and I am a cervical spine surgery patient. My PT has done a lot of myofascial release with me for spine and thoracic outlet syndrome, all of which involved tight fascial tissue. surgery also creates tight scar tissue. She told me that scoliosis patients may be helped by the MFR therapy. If the curvature gets worsened because of tight tissues, stretching that out may help reduce the curvature and scoliosis patients have said they have had improvements with decreased curvature.
Here is our MFR discussion for information. There is a provider search at https://mfrtherapists.com/
