Primary Care Doctor for Baby Boomer Woman in Jacksonville

Hi,
Can anyone give a great referral for a primary care physician in Jacksonville for a well seasoned woman? I would love a doctor who understands and empathizes with the fact that our issues and concerns are just a little different.
