Preventing everolimus and exemestane mouth sores and hair loss?

Metastatic breast cancer 1/2024, right lumpectomy, spread to spine, lung, liver; had 6 cycles Ibrance and anastrozole but slight growth so started fulvestrant 6/24-6/25 after a year slight growth and rising CA 15-3 so discontinued fulvestrant and started exemestane and will start everolimus after 10 radiation treatments for painful lesions.
