Premarin dose

Can anyone on long term Premarin share what dose they are on please. Is anyone taking 1.25 Premarin plus 5mg Provera.
There is a lot of conflicting info on long term use with some research now suggesting it can be stayed on for life if no contraindications. I have been v well on this dose which I think may be higher than most. I would welcome any thoughts.
