I see references to prednisone detox in some of the posts. What is that?

Hi @elizabethjoan, I'm pretty sure prednisone detox equals just means the withdrawal symptoms you have as you try and taper off of prednisone. Here's some information on the topic...

@johnbishop Thanks John, this article is very helpful and should be read by all who are tapering below 10 mgs. prednisone. The list of prednisone withdrawal symptoms are important to know when tapering. Once you get somewhere between 4-7 mgs., your adrenals need to try to wake up and these symptoms aren't from PMR, they are from sleepy adrenals.
