Pre-existing Sinus Issues and Iridotomy

Does anyone notice post iridotomy that their sinus issues are increased or cause headaches and/or ear/nose/throat symptoms? I noticed that once my ears pop or my nasal passages clears a bit after saline spray, I have lessening symptoms. Also sitting up seems to help.
