Post radiation
Hi
I am going into my 6th month.Post radiation and my fatigue is a lot worse again. If I try to exercise I completely am wiped out the next day. am I being unrealistic by thinking I can do a twenty five minute walk on a treadmill? I do 2 upper body machines. That's it..
my doctor now is putting me on a effexor Because I am so exhausted depressed and fatigued😩. I have lost 25lbs since this process started. I am making myself eat. I don't have an appetite. I'm actually feeling afraid I wish someone could tell me that I just need to be more patient and stop trying to be back to "normal"

Hi
Sending you hugs . I pray for ypu to get relief. I belong to a breast cancer group through breastcancer.ca. We have zoom meetings every other week. It's good because you can vent get advise from the moderator abd just talk to other women. Maybe check it out
No preexisting health issues besides high blood pressure. Now I take four meds to counteract the effects of the Letrozole. No kidding.
Hope you get good results. I was stage 1 and caught very early. I still would have made very different choices if I knew more.
My best advice to anyone is to take your time making choices - even though the thought of having cancer growing inside you is beyond frightening - the result in the treatment you choose is critical.
Hi
Well I had to stop the effexor. Those drugs are horrid what they do to your body. I just went back to my natural pathic.Body responds better to that, so I'm back on my 5H.T p for depression and i'm seeing her monday tomorrow to go on some homeopathics to deal with the menopause issue. They certainly don't try to give women any options. But an an anti depressant after brush cancer.I think it's wrong. They need to give women a better option than those a I drugs which destroys so much of your body.
Maybe a walk outdoors is better than the treadmill. Nature can lift your mood and relax your body. Whenever I’m on treadmill, I keep checking the time. If I walk outdoor, I’m relaxed and don’t even look at my watch.
