Post pleural effusion thoracentesis pain

Had thoracentesis 10 days ago. Had sharp pain at site when coughing, burping, deep breathing and yawning after the procedure. 10 days later, sharp pain when yawning still exists. Diminishing but still very sharp. Not an external procedure site issue. The pain is more in the ribs or lung. Why do I have this pain and when, if ever will it go away?
