Post menopausal inflamed nipple

Hi, I am 58 post menopausal I have been taking HRT for 7 weeks. have been using the Oestrogel since 26 Aug 1 pump and 2 pumps since 23 Sep and taking the Utrogestan pill every night since 26 Aug.

I started using the Ovestin cream 29 Sep nightly so I have been using this bit for 12 days.

I had no side effects (apart from an initial headache for 3 days when I started taking Utrogestan pill but this passed) until now. For the past 2days my right nipple is red and score. I am worried. Has anyone else had this ?
