The large intestine which has taken rest for so long takes time to function properly again. It has to learn the whole thing again and get back its rhythm again. For me it took two months .Try eating easily digestible food.Though fibre is what is gut friendly,it can be difficult to begin with.Go slow.Have patience.Nature knows to take over beautifully.Doctors treat but only Nature cures and heals, but in its own pace and style.
