Post cataract surgery flare

I had cataract surgery one month ago & about 2 weeks post surgery I started having a flare. Could it be related to anesthesia even though it was only conscious sedation or to the surgery itself? I’ve upped my prednisone to 2.5 mg from 2. Still achy
