possible nerve damage after falling on my tail bone

I was walking fine with my cane but fell on my tailbone and now I must use a walker, so, I think I damaged a nerve in my spine with the fall as I have neuropathy as diagnosed by my neurologist.

I have also damaged my vagus nerve and it has caused me severe pain and odd symptoms I have been unlucky and cannot find a Dr.who seems to take me seriously.What are your other symptoms?

my neurologist appears to ignore my statement that the fall is the cause of my neuropathy
