possible infundibulum + more
hello! i am 20 year old female. when i was 14 i had a major concussion (4 big boys threw me up and i slipped through their hands and fell straight onto my head... cheer)
since then i had to go to physical therapy for 2 years for my brain and 3 years of physical therapy for my eyes. I had an MRI when i had my concussion and everything was cleared. but for 6 years ive had major migraines and i am now able to manage it a bit with medication that works and, every 3 months of Botox and monthly injections. I recently had a change of headaches/ migraines. Its very painful stabbing feeling on my left side of my head that comes multiple times a day that last a few seconds- few minutes. i let my doc know and we did an MRI and these are my findings.
idiopathic intracranial hypertension related to narrow transverse Dural venous sinuses. Small intermedia versus Rathke cleft cyst. Probable small infundibulum or aneurysm along the anterior cerebral artery left A2 segment.
"The sella is partically filled with CSF with concave morphology of the pituitary. Hypoenhancing nodule in the posterior gland measuring 5mm the distal transverse Dural vernous sinuses are hypoplastic, and stenotic, greater on the left."
Can someone explain to me what this all means? its been days and my provider hasn't/ department hasn't called me to explain since she is out of town...

3mm aneurysm in my oplthamic artery and an infundibulum. My left eye at some point had papilledema.
My opening pressure from my spinal tap was 30. Seen 4 nueros and all say I have nothing to worry about and they should not be causing my headaches or like eye aches I get.
One dr said I have IIH (idiopathic intercranial pressure) and some don’t.
I don’t understand what is going on. I don’t take medicine and I’m an average size but can use weight loss..
I’ve had covid a few times and I feel like since then, I’ve had issues with my veins. Like what causes this to happen?
I feel like a medical mystery!
