Possible for needle to feed the net

I think there is a small opening in the mesentery where my carcinoid is located. why not take a small needle and fill the carcinoid with killer juice. build a long tube attached to the needle and to an outside holder of the killer medicine and pump it in to the carcinoid.
Has anyone tried this

Peptide Receptor Therapy (PRRT) is a similar concept but it isn't delivered by a needle with a long tube in the same way that you suggest. I think it involves a bag with IV tubing and the needle is inserted into a vein.

I get Lanreotide injections into my buttock. I guess the medicine finds a way to my neuroendocrine tumors.

I opted for the needle in the buttock because surgery sounded way too drastic to me. My first injection went well. I was thinking the needle was bigger and it would hurt more than it did. Injection #2 is tomorrow.
