PMR progression

Have had PNR for over a year . Took predisone for about that amount of time.!recently put on kevzara . Now my hands are swollen and in pain unable to fully use them. How long does it take for the new medication to work ?

What is your present dose of prednisone. Have you been reducing the dose quickly.?

No slowly the dosage would vary
