Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder - Any suggestions for finding a doctor

A family member of mine is experiencing severe PMDD. It developed during her second pregnancy and is very debilitating. We have done lots of research and trying to find doctors who are specialized in this area, but have come up short…does anyone have a recommendation for where to go for help? Thank you.

I was able to find information from Mayo Clinic here:

I had a family member with this quite a few years ago, when it didn't even have a name yet. She found treatment at a clinic that specialized exclusively in Women's Health. Is there such a group near your family member?
