Pleural effusion

Hi develop plural effusion after having Covid three times. I have been draining for a little under a year around 1100 mL every other day. If not every day would this be caused or be a product of Covid? I have been tested through CT scans and x-rays and biopsies and there’s no sign of any cancers, please advise
