Pylorus is part of the stomach. Erythma is inflammation.

The CLO test is for H. Pylori which causes ulcers (but half of us have it.) I googled and found that H. Pylori/CLO test should be done on the fundus or body. Your report doesn't indicate where the test was done.

Do you take proton pump inhibitors like Prilosec?

They have found that H. Pylori causes ulcers which was a helpful discovery because it can be treated with antibiotics, flagyl and/or other meds (and Bismuth/Pepto Bismol). Are you being treated?

I have no idea what level of H. Pylori needs to be present for this treatment to occur and hope your doctor explains it all. I don't know a lot about it and will watch this thread to learn if you post any info.
