Please help with info on if this *could* be! 3 months going, no help!

Hi! This will be a little long, I'm sorry but info is needed. I've had these ulcers on tip/under tip going on month 3/4 now. Biopsy showed nothing nor did 4 swabs. Now I have more ulcers and white cloudy music with white strings type things that go from top to bottom. I thought they were maybe from quips from ointment...but there's some that seem to be not and stuck to the tops/bottoms. Plus the redness with white dots.
Last 2 weeks I have not been able to quench my thirst no matter how hard I try, lower and middle back hurt and so do both sides little above hipish and cramps. Lungs hurt as well and out of breath last week.i think it may some yeast fungus type issue?.
Ent, infections disease, my pcp, a random derm I've never seen, multiple er visits, my derm haven't a clue. I've done 12-20 rounds antibiotics, probably 20 tubes mupirocin and now a new stronger one that did nothing last 2 months.
