Please help

I have been feeling very disturbed since I met my new physician last evening. I was there to just consult whether I had to continue my thyroid medication which I started a month ago. My TSH was 15 on August and after medication it was 7 yesterday. I mentioned about sudden palpitations which lasted for 3 days last month.

The physician told me that it might be due to stress about which I agree as well. The most important thing is when I asked him about if I need to concerned about my heart. He placed stethoscope on my upper left side few inches below clavicle, then placed stethoscope directly on both nipples of my breast one by one. This made me very very uncomfortable. I had visited cardiologist last month but the cardiologist never kept his stethoscope at my nipples.
I feel like I should report him. So, I want to know if it is necessary to keep stethoscope directly nipples of both breasts of a female.

Please let me know. I am unable to sleep as I felt abused.

One time I called everyone I knew and no one was available to take me to ER for a Kidney Stone and my car was in the shop so I called an ambulance. I didn’t know what else to do. I should have thought about a taxi but I didn’t. When I arrived a nurse balled me out for wasting ambulance resources and preventing people getting to the hospital with “Real emergencies” she went on and on and on and said horrible things to me. I was admitted and had surgery and after I got home I kept thinking about it and filed a complaint. I couldn’t remember her name or what she looked like but the ambulance crew knew who she was. Turns out another man complained about her too. I was really shocked because nurses I’ve encountered have always been so kind, patient and concerned. I wish I knew what happened to her.
