Pituitary adenoma not there or there?

Shortly after my hysterectomy, I started experiencing exacerbation of symptoms, like dizziness, fatigue, weakness, syncope, orthostatic intolerance, lymph node, swelling, and was told through MRI that there was a possible small pituitary adenoma 5.5 mm in size follow up MRI showed potentially 8 mm tumor, but could not appreciate an actual nodule. They messed up on the contrast timing on the CT and a later MRI was unable to appreciate any nodule or lesion and that they were in fact, measuring my pituitary gland, which could be normal for my sex and age when meeting with Nuerosurgery and pituitary at Mayo they basically said they couldn't understand my symptoms Based on my labs and imaging. Nuerosurgery said that it could potentially be a scar a vein and artery or an artifact and I would need to follow up with neurology. I've been having seizures since June, which I have been told our psychogenic in nature, and they haven't been able to fully understand if I have epileptic form of seizures or not, and I am being told that I should follow up with women's health for hormonal balance continue to decline and have been diagnosed with failure to thrive. I'm 39 years old and I have a family has anybody else ever been through anything like this and what were your outcomes? I have referrals to genetics cardiology G.I. women's health dysautonomia and epilepsy follow up and I just don't know what to think about our healthcare and women's health looking for someone that has any idea on what to do.
Prayers for everyone's suffering I know I am not the only one with unanswered questions. Sending love,
Sandra
