Anyone have pressurized intraperitoneal aerosol chemotherapy (PIPAC)?
Hello friends. I’m (55F) recurrent stage 4 endometrial grade 3 with peritoneal mets after first diagnosis 2016 endometrial stage 3C, total hysterectomy/carbo-tax, radiation.
I’m not a candidate for HIPEC. I guess it’s the grains of sand and peritoneal spread.
Since March 2024, I’ve completed Carbo-Tax + Keytruda, then Keytruda alone until I had untreated serious side effects and was discontinued as a result. I’m now on ENHERTU with a new onc team at a new hospital.
I’m curious if PIPAC could complement my ENHERTU and if anyone has direct experience or deeper knowledge of PIPAC to share?

Hello, yes, my oncologist is exploring the feasibility and benefits of pipac for me. I’m hopeful PIPAC can get to the areas my ENHERTU can’t reach and help me live with this terrible disease more as a manageable chronic illness. Fingers crossed!

@bonham27, have you been able to talk to your cancer team if PIPAC may be an option for you?
