I have intracranial hypertension. I use a Bucky with buckwheat it is a crescent shape I tip it and it keeps the pressure of a place it hurts. I got it from Amazon. I am always on the quest for comfort pillows. Don’t know it it would help but I use a wedge pillow from Costco as well. I saw no one answered this. I know people who have both IH and Chiari. Best wishes.
I went to OT to find a way to sleep comfortably and it was only 2 visits and really helped.
I use a feather pillow. Seems to work the best. I’ve tried memory foam and various other types but always go back to feather. I have not had surgery but have 15 mm herniation of cerebellar tonsils.
