Phototoxic reaction? Lupus? Atopic or Contact Dermatitis?

Any thoughts on what this could be? The area within the blue is always clear except for a small area around the mouth 'sometimes'. There a red mask running from my forehead to under my eyes/ upper level of check and then another red area except for the 'v' of my neck. All very dry and very itchy if I don't use anything to help. Also redness on the tips of my earlobes and I notice my ears seem a bit swollen and almost like cauliflower ears. Some blepharitis on eyes was diagnosed. One diagnosis was probable phototoxic reaction. Another was contact dermatitis but patch test of 30 items were negative. Another was atopic dermatitis. Could it be a combo of all three? Lupus was also thought of to be explored.

Are you taking any meds or supplements. I’m sure your doctor asked.?
Are your hands and arms involved.? Airborne allergens can be hard to
diagnose. Are you seeing a dermatologist.?

Hi 414barney,
What a terrible situation for you! I'm so sorry you have that! I assume you are seeing a doctor. Perhaps you should get a second opinion. It could be a reaction to some of your medications or treatments you've had recently. Look up the side effects of every medication and treatment you've had. You can do that research on the Mayo Clinic website and it's very reliable. Doctors often don't have the time to look up side effects of things.

Also prayer helps. God is always there for us. Just talk to him like he's your best friend and he is! He made you and he can fix you. I'll say a prayer for you also.
