Phonac Partner Mic Quit

My Phonac Partner Mic used to automatically turn off the TV sound going into hubby's ears through his hearing aids so he could hear me clearly.
Suddenly,, it's not working at all, even though it's fully charged and the little green light is on when it's switched on. It's only a few months old.
Any ideas?
