I’ve now had both doses of the Pfizer vaccine with no side effects from either of the shots, other than the normal tenderness in my arm where the shot was given. Even that went away within a day or two. I guess I just tolerate vaccines well. I rarely have any side effects to shots. I’m very grateful for that! And also, I’m grateful that the vaccines were developed, tested for safety, and distributed so quickly. My hat is off to the whole medical community who have worked tirelessly during this very difficult time to treat patients who have become ill from this virus and those who have developed vaccines. THANK YOU MAYO CLINIC AND ALL OF THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY!!,👍🏼🤪👏🏼👏🏼
Had my 2nd dose last week. After 4 weeks because of Ibrance cycle. Two days under the weather but feeling relieved.
I had it, and now I regret it. Three days post dose 2, a severe case of colitis began and has not stopped after almost 1 month. I was perfectly healthy, and have never had anything like this in my entire life. I was getting along fine in NYC, where the virus was raging. I am very sorry I bothered with it.

You are so fortunate, I react negatively to all shots and medicines but trying to sort out what the vaccine is responsible for and what can be the Anastrozole is daunting. I am going on week three without the med and no improvement in the knee even after a cortisone shot, which also didn't go well. Hesitant to try anything else but the pain is debilitating.
