I masturbate 3 days contionusly and i wear sports trouser so i rub penis on top of the cloths and after couple of days i did sex with women during sex my penis glans hit by small vaginal hair which was hard it make me so much pain but it discharge. Next couple days later when i woke up and try to sex in middle of my pennis is not errecting and its half errect. But during sleep i have full errection.once i wakeup suddenly it lost. It only work during sleep.now sometime i saw when i am doing pee and putting pressure on penis it showing little curve on left side, but when i have full errection its straight and there is not curve.i cant feel sex like i feel before. When i am trying to sex its not errecting.sometime it works and during ejaculation i feel pain so kuch.so i checked with doctor after 6 months and he gave me Vitamin E 400mg for 3 weeks, now pain is gone but errection is still same ,I have pictures for errect penis when i wokeup and also curve penis when i just put little pressure on penis. If it can treat using medicines please let me know i can pay you online appointment charges.

My Peyronies is much much worse with 30% curvature. Hurtful to wife at penetration. I believe my Peyronies originated from my biking. Sleep time erection is the same. My urologist suggests manual therapy by stretching to normal shape during erections. He believes that such action will eventually restore normal position of the erect penis. Not sure yet as I'm having difficulty getting an erection recently. Any suggestions my friend?

Hi @shan365 Mayo Clinic Connect is a patient-to-patient community – the most important ingredient of Connect is its members, like you. It is not designed to be a community for medical experts to give advice, but is a place to learn from all your shared experiences, insights, suggestions, and tips. If you'd like to learn more about Connect, the "About Connect: Who, What & Why" Page, https://connect.mayoclinic.org/page/about-connect/ has some great information.

On the other hand, you can view Mayo Clinic experts talking about various health conditions, treatments, published studies, etc. by visiting the Connect Pages. For example here are two posts on Peyronie's Disease from the Men's Health page (https://connect.mayoclinic.org/page/mens-health-1/ ) that I think may be helpful.
