Persistant Actinic Purpura- need advice

Hello, I have multiple derm and hair issues issues (eczema, actinic keratosis, squamous cell carcinoma x 2, hair loss) all treated by dermatologists to varying degrees of success. I am reaching out for members input on Actinic Purpura/ Senile Purpura diagnosed by 3 dermatologists. I started with AP/SP 3-4 years ago, All labs are normal. All vascular diseases ruled out. I am taking no medications to contribute to purpura. I have been prescribed Retinol 0.25 mixed with moisturizer, multiple barrier creams used. IPL treatment ( not effective) Good sunscreens daily. Good moisturizer daily with barrier. I take citrus bioflavonoids as recomended.
Unfortunately, this is becoming more frequent, covering large areas on lower arms just above wrist. Lesions last 4-6 weeks with residual discoloration. No trauma.
I have tried various bruise creams, Dermend not effective. I am sensitive to lanolin and shea butter.
One product Auriderm POst- OP gel by Biopelle was suggested and it worked applied only to area. It is no longer available. It contained 2% vitamin K oxide. I am searching for another product. I look forward to your suggestions.
