perihilar region

I have had a scan and there is a small lesion in my perihelia region - wondering if anyone has had or can have anything resected or radiated from that area?

@jemmas These lesions can be caused by many things, including infections which may resolve. I believe the next step is a biopsy to determine exactly what the lesion is, followed by a creation of a treatment plan.
What are the treating physician's conclusions?

I have bowel cancer with Mets to lungs. Just had my right lung resected and saw this spot on my left lung. Likely cancer.
