Penis size reduced after Gallbladder Surgery
Within 1 DAY after gallbladder surgery I experienced a reduction of my penis size. After a week, it was roughly HALF its normal size, both length and girth. Its as if HALF the blood flow was blocked.
What are potential causes?
What are potential remedies?
The surgeon asked at follow up visit, if I had problem peeing. As a process engineer, I was thinking process, not plumbing.
Others said lose weight or take ED meds. No help! What else?!?

Are you sure it's not the meds you are on? A urologist could help diagnose and provide better advice than here IMHO.
@engrretd, I have to agree with @gratefulbob and that you might wish to ask these questions of a urologist or your surgeon at the next followup. Several members have talked about penis shrinkage after prostate surgery. You can see these discussions:

I’m a retired nurse and educator. Since your GB is no where near your penis or that plumbing system it’s doubtful there was any direct connection between the two. But anesthesia recovery is different for everyone. It might just take time. Do you have any issues with your prostate or ED prior to your surgery? Does it still work? Can you obtain an erection? Are you urinating okay?
