Pelvic nodule and Endometrial cancer, Grade 1

Anyone ever had "pelvic nodules" showed up on Mri's ? what happened and what did it end up being? crazy thing is my first MRI said I had one and went ot do a biopsy of it and it "dissapeared" so it never got biopsied. Three months later my 2nd MRI said some 2 totally differnt pelvic nodule that can be metastasize, lymph nodes or other things...... I don't know what to think of it! the first nodule is still NO longer there on 2nd MRI. Endometrial Cancer, grade one, no hysterectomy yet.

@marsmars I haven't had "pelvic nodules" shows up on an MRI. I have had lung and thyroid nodules as described by the radiologists who read both CT and MRI and my nodules have been described as stable with no change over time. I'm not a medical professional so I can't comment on why there would be changes from one MRI to the next. I know that an MRI is helpful to show tumors but isn't used to stage or grade cancer. That's generally done by some sort of biopsy or surgery. Did you have an endometrial biopsy or hysteroscopy with dilation and curetage (D&C)? I'm wonder how the endometrial cancer was diagnosed and given a FIGO Grade 1. Did you doctor say how the nodules that were seen on your MRIs were related or unrelated to endometrial cancer?
