Patellar Tendonitis or Quadriceps Tendonitis or both........

After 16 months of something not feeling right, soreness and stiffness I have had a genicular nerve block to honestly shut people up. There is nerve damage. I also went to vascular and after an ultrasound we ruled out any vein issues. I had a second opinion from the Dr. that injected my son's foot who is really well liked and done many replacements (in the same group). He is feeling that my issue is either the Patellar or Quadriceps issue or both which is the myself and the PT have been thinking. I am having a bone scan where they inject dye and then 3 hours later look where there is inflammation which will show him exactly where the issue is. I'm feeling much more hopeful now but has anyone here dealt with this issue and if so what did they do and did it finally get better. I'd love to hear from anyone who had either of these issues. Thank you so much!!!!!
