Paraplegic with no answers.

Nov 25’ will be 1 year since being able to walk. I was rear ended Nov 15. Started off as intense and still is low back pain. I was walking at first but the weeks following I kept falling, dizziness like I was drunk but not. Almost fell on my children, fell off my porch. It was all the time. By the 3rd week I could no longer walk. I have underwent MeI X-ray EMG blood work. And nothing comes back abnormal. Besides an ancorid left lateral ventricle cyst in my brain. They say Thats not the cause of the symptoms but something is. I get headaches, nausea, short of breath and again can’t walk. High fall risk and my wife is my care giver. In a 10 month time frame.
The doctors around here have clue. And just keep telling me to wait and see let’s wait and see.
