Pancreatic Main duct 5mm

Posted by mandyroccia @mandyroccia, Jun 29, 2023

I’m a current mayo patient who’s recently been in the ER 2 times in the last 2 weeks. MRI show’s pancreas main line 5mm. I have all the symptoms others have mentioned but with no legions or tumors seen. No blockage, all other functions normal. Some abnormal blood counts, but nothing alarming however, lactic acid levels upon first ER visit were at 9 after vomiting only clear, mucus and having diarrhea at the same time. CT showed gastritis colitis ischemia of the small bowel where my bowels fold over on themselves. Two years ago I ended up in the hospital for five days with ischemic colitis so lower bowel ischemia. I am 44 years old and scared. I do see a G.I. doctor. My follow up appointment isn’t until July 18.
