Pain reprocessing treatment

Hi! Has anyone's doctor suggested Pain Reprocessing Treatment? I'm seeing a great rheumatologist, my CRP & ESR are very low thanks to Kevzara. I started having pain a while back & the doctor determined I now have Fibro, as well. My stress level is high. The doctor said that she knows my pain is very real, but thinks this might help. I was curious if anyone tried it, who they may have used (I think many may be virtual) and what you thought.
