Pain on tip of nose when I touch it
I have pain on the tip of my nose, but there is no bump or lesion. Really it only hurts when I press or squeeze, but I am concerned there may be something wrong. I don't have any other symptoms, no runny nose, no bleeding...what could it be? Can clogged pores cause pain?

Just saw your post. How are things now? I have a similar problem. Except, mine started as a sharp needle sensation in the tip of right nostril. I also had cold/allergy symptoms, earache, etc. Eventually, just very sore. Moved to other side too. Not red or swollen. My endo took a sample today to test. For now, sje saud use antibiotics ointment 3 times per day. She doesn’t think it’s cancer due to location.
